It is time people know about the Wind Energy Scam that is going on in this country.
At this point, California has spent FOUR BILLION DOLLARS to erect 13,000 Wind Mills.
And after spending all that money...they can only produce enough electricity for 1.5% of what the State Of California needs.
Not a very good return on your money, in my opinion.
The Government built the Hoover Dam for about 300 million dollars, and it has been supplying electricity over a 3 state area for over 80 years. A much bigger bang for your buck...huh.
You don't have to look to far into these Wind Farms and you'll discover many of these scams are being run by family members of politicians.
These politicians could care less about the environment or the taxpayer dollars that are being wasted on such an ignorant energy policy.
Let's face it...any energy policy that depends on the wind or the sun is only effective about 50% of the time. If the wind is not blowing hard enough...then the windmills are useless. If the sky is cloudy...then solar power is pretty much useless. Any energy policy that is at the mercy of the wind or sun for energy is just a scam.
Do you realize, California would have to spend about 266 BILLION DOLLARS to erect enough windmills to provide all of their energy needs. And wouldn't that be beautiful for the landscape?
People also don't realize how much energy it takes to start these wind turbines up and get them going. They use a lot of electricity to just get them to turning, and then they must turn for quite a while before they've created enough electricity that they are producing on the plus side.
It's interesting that the solar project in Tonopah, AZ that has a 737 million dollar grant from the Federal Government has been given to a company owned by Nancy Pelosi's husband.
And...Wind Energy is such a bad thing for wildlife. The Birds that are killed by these turbines is such a sad thing.
Wind Energy and Solar Energy is such a scam...and only  simple-minded people support it.
I just wonder...how many birds wind energy killed today?

How long will these wind generators last?
They could do it again and hire people that are unemployed to build a dam. Sure, it would cost more money today, than it did in 1935, but we would get a return that would last at least 100 years. The solar project in Tonopah is employing 45 people, and it's a 737 million dollar project. Seems just a bit ignorant to me. This "Green Energy" is nothing more than a way to funnel billions of taxpayer dollars to the richest people in America. A wind turbine cost roughly $300,000 and lasts only 20-25 years. It is not a good investment. I've argued this with Government Officials that become angry because they can tell I'm someone who views Green Energy for what it really is...A SCAM! Thanks
How much is $300,000 in 1935 dollars? Or how much is $1,200,000 in 1935 dollars?
I suspect that green energy is the future or we have no future.
Any power source mankind turns to is going to cause ill effect on nature.
